North London – Lucky Things Local – Wednesday 4 October 2017

The next North London Lucky Things Meet Up Local is on Wednesday 4 October 2017 in East Finchley.

The Lucky Things Meet Ups are about getting us all together and enjoying some time out with a friendly crowd.  Come along to hear top tips to boost your career confidence with a panel talk featuring lifestyle blogger and store owner Antonia Sanchez-Toomey from Tinker Tailor Online. This event is taking place in the stunning new Tomato Tutors Studio on East Finchley High Road.

When? Wednesday 4 October 2017 7.30pm-9.30pm

Where? Tomato Tutors Studio, 174 High Road (on the corner of Bedford Road), London N2 9AS (nearest tube East Finchley).  The studio is next to Robertsons Memorials and The Cherry Tree store. Please note this event is no longer taking place at the Clissold Arms.

Why hear a talk on career confidence? As many of us are jugging different priorities, we all need to  feel confident about our work, projects, businesses and careers. The panel talk and mini workshop will focus on practical tricks to boost your career confidence.

More about the speakers…With over 15 years HR and coaching experience, Sunita has worked with a variety of clients in her corporate career to achieve the things on their career wish list. She now runs her own HR consultancy Collective Insight. As well as appearing on BBC Radio, Sunita spoke at the conference Blogtacular 2017 about wellbeing. She is pleased being a runner-up for the 2017 Top London Mummy Blogger award and finalist for the Inspire category for the 2017 Brilliance in Blogging awards.
Antonia began her career at age 19 working for a major travel operator. She took a long term career break and then retrained as a teacher. She set up Tinker Tailor Online to pursue her dream of becoming a business owner and to create a lifestyle more in tune with the needs of her family. Antonia has grown her personal blog into a dynamic and increasingly recognisable brand that speaks to real women. She is now running the Tinker Tailor lifestyle store based in Bush Hill Park, Enfield.

Who’s coming along? The Lucky Things Meet Ups are for just women only (sorry no kids or babies). Whether you’re working for a company, running your own business, juggling different projects or leading your household, we all want to feel confident. Many women come along to the Lucky Things Meet Ups on their own.

What to expect from the evening? The Lucky Things Meet Ups provide women with a great opportunity to invest in your confidence and your own personal development.  Take away practical advice from experts during engaging talks. There’s also lots of catching up time  so you benefit from informal networking in a friendly setting.

What else you need to know? Lucky Things Meet Ups are ticketed events. Many events are sell-outs and a limited number of tickets are available.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable should you know of someone else who would like to come along (or there is a wait list and someone is waiting to buy a cancelled ticket). Unused tickets cannot be transferred between events, locations or dates.
