London – Lucky Things Meet Up – Saturday 13 January 2018 (sold out)

The Lucky Things Meet Ups are well known across the UK for providing women with an opportunity to invest in your career, confidence and wellbeing.  Come and join us an informal workshop on looking after yourself where author Anya Hayes and Dr. Amal Hassan will be sharing important tricks on women’s wellbeing.

When? Saturday 13 January 2018 2017 2pm-6pm

Who’s on the Lucky Things panel? 

Anya Hayes is a Pilates Teacher and author of The Supermum Myth. In this book she talks about overcoming anxiety, ditching guilt and embracing imperfection – all three things important to all women . You can find her over on Instagram @mothers.wellness.toolkit.

Dr. Amal Hassan is a sports  and exercise medicine Doctor. Over the years as a women’s health advocate, she has advised people on managing their fitness, health and everyday wellbeing. She is also a dance medicine expert panel memeber for One Dance UK. You can find her over on Instagram @fitness.doctor.mama.

Sunita is the founder of the Lucky Things Meet Ups with over 15 years experience as a HR expert and coach. Over her career she has worked with a variety of clients on feeling more confident about their wellbeing and resilience as well as their careers.

Why hear a talk on looking after yourself? It’s important we invest in our wellbeing as women. We all lead busy lives and juggle long to-do lists. The Lucky Things Meet Ups always provide women with practical tricks you can use in your everyday to support your career and wellbeing.

Who’s coming? The Lucky Things Meet Ups are for women only (sorry no kids, babies or blokes). Whether you’re working for a company, running your own business, juggling different projects or leading your household, there will be practical tips shared during the talk. Only 50 spaces are available and many events are sell-outs.

What to expect from the afternoon? Take away practical advice from experts during an interactive workshop. There’s also lots of catching up time  so you benefit from informal networking in a friendly setting. The talk is held in a private room.

Please note that tickets are non-refundable (unless there is wait list for this event and someone is waiting to buy a cancelled ticket). Unused tickets cannot be transferred between Lucky Things events.

If you purchase a ticket for someone else please provide the event organiser with their email address for pre-event and post-event communications.
